Landscape Vision

Landscape Vision is a basic landscaping design software program, a product of Landscape Vision LLC. The software is designed for homeowner, gardener, and landscaper rather than an architect or contractor. It is simple to design a landscape with the software. First, take a picture of your home with a digital camera. Second, use the software to import your picture. Then, choose your hardiness zone (this will allow the software to show you only the plants appropriate for your area). Now you can start your designing. After you complete design process, you can print the software generated shopping list (the list captures the plant information found in the bio, so when you go shopping you will know what you are looking for).

The program is photo based landscaping design and does not involve any CAD drawings or renderings. Therefore, no prior CAD experience is needed to utilize to software features. The trial version is available to download and try for free of charge. In trial version: 3-plant per category database and 3-image import is allowed.
